We are situated in the lavish Portland House building. The building is at the heart of Cardiff Bay, Wales, United Kingdom. Within a newly developed cosmopolitan peninsula in the south of the Welsh capital. This building is one of the great architectural jewels of the city.
Portland House, is formerly the old Natwest Bank, was built in 1926 by architects F.C.R Palmer & W.F.C Holden and labeled as “one of the finest buildings of its kind in South Wales.”With a rich history and uncharacteristically unique decor. An iconic building in the heart of Cardiff Bay. The Banking Hall has since been redeveloped and granted Grade II listed status, it still proudly boasting many of its original features including wonderfully ornate marble pillars, a large arched glass ceiling, and 19th century inspired glass chandeliers.
Our office is adjacent to The Coal Exchange Hotel, formally the world-famous Coal Exchange. This building and surrounding area are renowned around the world over as the first place a deal of million and above was made, anywhere in the world.
